Group Booking CITB Test

• arrive at least 15 minutes before your test starts
• bring your confirmation booking email or letter
• bring ID that includes your photo and signature; read the full ID Policy here.*
• After your test, you must keep your Score Report safe as it has important information on it relating to your card application

You will need to take a completed parental consent form (PDF, 120KB) with you to your test, along with an acceptable form of ID. Check the ID Policy for details.

After booking your CITB HSE test, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message with details of your test date, time, and location. The total cost for the CITB Test booking is £42.50, which includes the £22.50 CITB exam fee, booking fee, and VAT.
