If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site immediately.
Please note that we are not affiliated with CSCS or CITB. Using our service incurs a fee. We reserve the right to modify these policies and terms at any time without notice.
2. Your Right to Cancel You are entitled to cancel an order within the legally allowed period of 14 days; however, once the service has begun, it is considered provided, and cancellation rights end. For more details, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
In cases where we make an error with your booking, we will do our best to correct it. If correction isn’t possible, we will refund our service fee.
Please be aware that test dates and times are based on availability, so your preferred time may not always be available.
For all inquiries, please use our Contact Us form. We aim to respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Cancellation/Refund Policy
- No refund is available if you cancel your test within 4 full working days before the test date and we have confirmed your requested date. For cancellations made more than 4 days before the test date, a refund will be issued for each test, minus a £20 administration fee. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original order to be eligible.
- Alternatively, you can reschedule at no additional cost if the request is made more than 4 full working days before the test.
- Cancellations are accepted only in writing via email or the contact form, using the same email address associated with the payment.
- Refunds will be credited back to your debit or credit card within 10 working days of a valid request. Please contact us if there is a delay beyond this timeframe.

For Non-Business Customers, if a refund is requested after we have started processing your application, there will be a £20 fee per card. Service initiation is marked by the submission of required documents through our system. If incorrect documentation is provided, a £20 administration fee will also be charged.
- Submitted CSCS card applications are non-refundable.
- New or renewed CSCS cards may not always be issued automatically.
- You will receive a link to upload documents required for your CSCS Card application, which must be done within 60 days to maintain eligibility for a refund.
- We may reach out for additional information via email—please check your junk/spam folder. Respond within 60 days with any requested information; otherwise, your application may be voided with no refund.
- Contact us if you do not receive your CSCS card or any communication within 14 days of applying.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have or will acquire the relevant qualifications for a CSCS card within 60 days. If the necessary qualifications are not provided within this timeframe, no refund will be given. If a refund request is made within 60 days for an application that hasn’t been submitted, we will provide a full refund, minus a £20 administration fee.
- Generally, CSCS cards take 5-10 working days to arrive once we have received all required information. However, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to potential COVID-related delays, as we do not directly issue the cards.
Business Customers are defined as those using business information (email or address) related to the construction industry.
